BREAD VADA

What you will need

1.White bread                              4 nos
2.Rice flour                                 4 tablespoon
3.Yoghurt                                    1/2 cup
4. Baking soda                             1/2 teaspoon
5.Coriander leaves                        2 tablespoon
7.Ginger                                       2 teaspoon
8.Onion                                        1 medium
9.Green chilly                                2 teaspoon
10.Curry leaves                             8-10  leaves
11.Oil                                        
12.salt

                        
Lets cook it all

Cut the sides of the bread .Take a bowl mix bread,rice flour,yoghurt,finely chopped ginger,onion,green chillies,coriander,curry leaves baking soda,salt and make a dough.If required add a little water.Heat enough oil in a wok.Now take some oil in palm and make small vada from the dough and deep fry it.

Serve hot with chutney.
